Registration includes access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area; conference programme and e-book of abstracts; certificate of attendance; conference lunches and coffee/tea breaks.

Payments are accepted by credit card or bank transfer.

Notes

¹The deadline for early registration is midnight March 31, 2024 (Central European Summer Time, GMT +2).

²To qualify for the student rate, send by email (meet@meetandwork.com) proof of your full-time student status (letter from the supervisior or department head stating you are a full time undergraduate or graduate student);

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 All refunds will be handled after the 2024 conference.

AUTHORS REGISTRATION
At least one author per accepted abstract is requested to register for the HEAL 2024 Conference. Failure to register will result in the exclusion of the paper. Authors wishing to withdraw their abstract or unable to attend are kindly requested to inform by email (meet@meetandwork.com) the Organizing Secretariat, so that the programme can be promptly updated.

We recommend authors to register through the same link used to submit their paper:

entering their USERNAME (= surname) and abstract PIN on the relevant fields and then clicking on CHECK ABSTRACT'S STATUS. On the next screen you will see the status of the submitted abstract and a button: "REGISTER THE PRESENTING AUTHOR" >> click here to make your registraton.
